Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated 4 June 2026
This policy explains how Rhodium AI, a trading name of LV 2024 Malta Limited (company number C110143, registered in Malta), handles personal data. We are the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@rhodiumai.eu.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us. If you contact us by email or through this site, we hold your name, email address, and the content of your message. If we begin an engagement, we hold the business and contact details needed to deliver it. This site does not run advertising trackers.
Why we hold it and our lawful basis
We use your information to respond to enquiries, to scope and deliver work you have asked us to do, and to meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation are your consent, the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and a reasonable period afterwards. Records tied to an engagement are kept for as long as required by law and sound business practice, then deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as email and hosting providers, and only as needed. Where data is processed outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@rhodiumai.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version and date at the top will always reflect the current text.
