Rhodium AI is a trading name of LV 2024 Malta Limited (C110143), a firm incorporated in Malta and operating across the EU and the United Kingdom.
We automate the repetitive work in owner managed and founder led businesses. Inbound messages, email, voice. The automations, the governance, and the compliance documentation are built together, not assembled separately.
What distinguishes this practice is where the work was tested first. Every automation we offer has run inside our own commercial group, against live data, real transactions and real regulatory obligation. We carry the same EU duties as any operator deploying AI, and we built the tooling to meet them. That is the body of work we bring to a client engagement.
We do not sell software. We do not offer subscriptions. Each engagement produces a working system, fitted to the operation it serves, owned entirely by the client.

The regulation is the floor we build above.
EU AI Act obligations are landing in stages, and the high risk enforcement timeline is still being finalised by the EU legislature. What is already in force catches more businesses than most owners realise. The gap between what the regulation requires and what a working SME can produce at short notice is wide.
Rhodium sits in that gap as a practitioner, not a commentator. We are subject to the Act, we built the governance into our own operations first, and we build the same compliance into every automation we deliver.
